Bluegrass
Acoustic guitar is my favorite instrument. And some of the best acoustic guitarists I’ve ever heard are bluegrass flatpickers. They also grace the tracks of various Americana, folk, and country albums coming out of Nashville. It’s a great vein of music – rich in tradition – and I love playing and listening to it.
Favorite flatpickers include Bryan Sutton, Tim Stafford, David Grier, and Tony Rice.
